The MCS Band program is available to students in grades 4-6. Students may select from flute, clarinet (saxophone-after playing clarinet), trumpet, trombone and percussion. Students receive one 30-minute lesson and one Full Band rehearsal per week. All students have the opportunity to hear and see the instruments demonstrated at the beginning of the year and then sign up to participate. For parent convenience we bring in a representative from a music company who offers a rental program. Instruments can also be purchased through this company.
