Any community member can call the Project Monitor anonymous tip line (476-5528) to report in advance a party at which alcohol or drugs will be served to minors.  Project Monitor is designed to prevent underage drinking and illegal use of drugs by being proactive before an event actually occurs. Moultonborough Police Chief Scott Kinmond and School Resource Officer Jody Eichhorn hold a copy of the Project Monitor poster which will be posted throughout the community.
