	MoultonboroughSchool District AthleticCommittee Minutes April 28, 2008 InAttendance: Kathy Garry, Fox Smith, Andy Coppinger,Harry Blood The meeting began at 7:45 a.m. in Mr. Coppinger’s office. Fall Coaching Nominations – Mr. Blood reviewed with the committee his recommendationsfor next fall’s coaching assignments. With some current coaches switching positions, this still leaves onemiddle level volleyball and one middle level girl’s soccer position open. The committee unanimously approved thelist. Updates – Mr. Blood provided updates on a rangeof issues. He is currentlyreceiving bids for the rehabilitation work budgeted for the baseball field, andhas two so far. He updated thecommittee on the home baseball dugout work being done by Bob Stephens and theConstruction Mentoring group. Thatwork was completed over April vacation all except a couple of trim boards. Despite the weather, tennis is only behindone game in their schedule, although the news is not so good for baseball andsoftball. They are stacked up 4-5games a week for the month of May. Middle level games are not being re-scheduled. There have been some attendance issues among thetennis and track teams, but Mr. Blood is working with the coaches and theathletes to rectify the situation. Meeting adjourned at 8:10 a.m.
