	Town/SAU Working Group Budget Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes – Wednesday, May 21, 2008 The meeting began at 4:00 p.m. in the Conference Room in theMoultonborough Town Hall. In Attendance: Ed Charest, Carter Terenzini, Mike Lancor,Kathy Garry, Laurie Whitley Others: DougWhitley, Hollis Austin Ed Charest moved, seconded by Laurie Whitley, to approve theMay 15 minutes as amended. Theminutes were approved unanimously. After discussion, revisions were made to some of the draftrecommendations included in the May 15 minutes. It was decided that a separate document of draftrecommendations would be produced and attached to the minutes of this andfuture committee meetings. This working group plans to present its recommendationsduring a joint meeting of the School Board and Select Board to begin at 7:00p.m. on Thursday, June 26 in the Town Hall Meeting Room. Carter Terenzini will post notice of the next committeemeeting to be held on Thursday, June 12 at 4:00 p.m. in the Town Hall. An updated draft of recommendations is attached to theseminutes. These recommendations arein draft form and will be discussed, modified and/or revised during the nextwork group meeting. Carter Terenzini agreed to forward to all members of thiscommittee the letters of interest and supporting materials for those communitymembers who submitted letters to the Select Board indicating that they wouldlike to serve as at-large members of the Budget Advisory Committee. Work group members will review allmaterials and recommend three of these community members to serve as at-largemembers during the June 26 meeting of the School Board and Select Board.
